Flexible protection for guests, extra income for you. Guesty’s Travel
Protection helps guests book with confidence.

Unlock new revenue streams with guest travel insurance that flips last-minute cancellations into guaranteed payouts and puts commission in your pocket on every policy sold.

A revenue-sharing model lets you generate passive commissions while reducing cancellation-related refunds.

With both basic and extended plans, offer guests affordable two-tiered pricing with comprehensive coverage options.

Reduce booking hesitation by offering instant coverage against unexpected cancellations along with dedicated claims support.

Native integration ensures seamless travel protection offerings in your direct booking process or automated messages.
It’s easy! We’ll send you the Terms and Conditions and training materials, which you are required to review before being authorized to sell travel protection to your guests. Once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, you'll be able to activate Travel Protection in the Guesty add-on center.
The total payout on which the guest is paying includes accommodation fare, cleaning fee, host channel fee and taxes.
You will collect the payment for the coverage along with the payment for the entire reservation. Once a month, Guesty will charge you for the entire fee excluding your commission.
You can add the Travel Protection information to your Workflows, and that way it is automatically offered to each guest after they’ve booked. For direct reservations, Travel Protection will be offered as part of the booking process.
Yes. Guests may cancel their plan and are entitled to a full refund of the premium paid, by giving you a written notice within 15 days from the receipt of the policy (as long as the reservation hasn't checked in yet), provided they have not filed a claim under the plan or departed for their trip.
