Guesty Liability Coverage is an integrated insurance solution that protects property managers and owners from financial losses resulting from guest injuries or accidental damage to the property structure and neighboring assets. Unlike traditional insurance, it is embedded directly into your Guesty dashboard for seamless management.
Most standard homeowners policies explicitly exclude "business activities," which include short-term renting. If a guest is injured, your personal policy could deny the claim, leaving you personally liable for legal and medical costs.
Guesty Damage Protection covers damage to belongings in your home, such as furniture that breaks as a result of a guest stay. Guesty Liability Coverage insures you against bodily injury to guests, physical damage to your home, and damage to neighboring properties that’s caused as a result of your visitors.
